Nanaimo Buccaneers Raise Over $700 for KidSport Nanaimo at September 1st Open Skate!

The Nanaimo Buccaneers are thrilled to announce that our September 1st Open Skate event was a smashing success, raising over $700 for KidSport Nanaimo! With a huge turnout, the arena was buzzing with excitement as fans of all ages hit the ice alongside their favorite players. It was an incredible afternoon filled with smiles, laughter, and community spirit.

The Buccaneers are committed to making a difference this season, and this event was just the beginning. Our players loved meeting community members, and skating with future hockey stars. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who came out and supported such a worthy cause. Every dollar raised will go towards helping local kids get in the game and experience the joy of sports.
