The Nanaimo Buccaneers wrapped up their final home game before the Christmas break with a convincing 6–2 victory at the NIC.
December continues to be a hot month for the Bucs, as six different players found the back of the net, highlighted by a dominant four-goal second period. Goal scorers for Nanaimo were Nate Barclay (10th), Jack Barrett (8th), Nate Hughes (3rd), Dreyton Hayward (8th), Dylan Lazaroff (2nd) and Lukas Needham (6th).
Adam Ranger earned his 7th win of the season, stopping 22 shots between the pipes.
The Bucs close out the first half of the season on the road tonight in Saanich. Game time is 6:30 PM. GO BUCS!
